WESSBOND Putty Filler is suitable for filling cracks and leveling uneven surfaces. It can also be used to texture wallboard surfaces and laminate wallboard to an existing surface such as old plaster, masinry or gypsum wallboard. It is fast drying and easy to apply.. NOTE: For best result, do not stir.
