Made from Kolinsky-grade pure red sable, the Renaissance® series brushes are unsurpassed in quality and design. These brushes are hand cupped, shaped and tied by skilled brush makers in Germany with brush heads that are secured in gold plated ferrules and attached to balanced, black varnish handles. Unique to this series is the “Cats tongue” brush head, which allows portrait artists to work extremely close with great precision.
