RESIN PLAY ArtCast Epoxy Resin 300g

ArtCastis an optically clear epoxy resin system with excellent UV resistance. This resin is suitable for shallow castings of small objects such as jewellery, coasters and keychain pendants. Due to its low viscosity and long working time of up to 90 minutes (depending on size), it has excellent bubble release. It cures very rigid and is highly durable, with a temperature resistance of 70 to 80°C. It is solvent-free, which makes it safe for incidental contact with food once fully cured. This resin has a mild odour,This resin can be readily pigmented by the addition of any resin pigments sold in our online store. Adding a drop of resi-BLAST will aid in creating cells and lacing effects. Amine blush may appear as a cloudy or cell-like cluster film on the surface of your cured resin. If you require a resin for clear coating, we recommend using ArtCoator Non-Toxic 2-in-1,Shelf Life - When stored under dry and cool conditions in sealed packaging, the resin has a shelf life of 2 years. Once opened, the shelf life is 1 year. However, resin does not actually expire. When it is reaching the end of its shelf life, it simply oxidises (turns yellow).
