PENTEL Oil Pastel Set x 12

Oil pastel, large stick. Ideal for use on paper, board or canvas. Clear, brilliant colors. Apply smoothly and blend easily for subtle shades, tints, and colors mixtures. Colors are long lasting and fade resistant. Can be used as dry color for thick or thin and rough or smooth effects, can be used wet with turpentine or mineral spirits. Usual application produces a drawing effect, but when brushed over with a wet brush, color can be blended and shaded. Ideal for washes and scratchboard techniques.
