NT circle cutter for scrapbooking or other craft & artisanal projects. Skillfully constructed small circle cutter leaves no trace of a center pin mark and will smoothly cut a 1 inch circle. Circle can range from 11/16" ~ 6-11/16" diameter. For even larger circles, use CE-700P to increase range to 6-1/4" up to 15-3/4" diameter, (extension beam, sold separately). Simple-to-use circle cutter for paper is perfect for making crafts, models & other light-duty jobs. This convenient little craft circle cutter has two built in storage compartments to hold extra blades. Includes (6) 45 degree refill blades and a centering guide to assist in finding the center point. Professional blades are made of high quality carbon tool steel and produced through multiple stages of precise process to obtain the ultimate sharpness and optimum edge-retention.
