Paper Texture Paste creates a semi-absorbent ground like watercolor paper for Acrylics, Watercolors and Pencils. Apply thin layers to create the ground and always allow the previous layer to completely dry before applying additional layers, if necessary. Do not dilute with water, paint on oily surfaces or mix Holbein Paper Texture Paste with petroleum, turpentine or oil color. Not intended for use by children.
