FAIRBRENO Photo Emulsion & Sensitizer 1000g

Fairbreno Photo Emulsion is used with Fairbreno Sensitizer to coat silkscreen for screen printing. How to use,- Mix well together of 1 part (teaspoon/cup etc.) of Fairbreno Sensitiser to 10 part (teaspoon/cup etc.) of Fairbreno Photo Emulsion 330. ,- After mixing, you’ll have to do this step in a fairly dim room because photo emulsion reacts to light. Take mixture and coat evenly and thinly onto both sides of the entire screen with Fairbreno Screen coater and leave it to dry or blow-dry with a hairdryer.,- Once the screen is dry, place transparency positive artwork (right side up) on top of screen and put it face down onto lightbox. then place a piece of black paper inside of the screen. Expose to light for 5 minutes. ,- Wash with water and lightly scrub the process area until it is clean. ,- Make sure the screen is dry before printing.
