Join us for our “Christmas Collaging Fun with Gift Tags” course with calligraphy artist Judith Perera-Lee, as she guides you through basic cursive principles, creating beautiful patterns you can use in your cards, as well as collaging papers to make unique 3-dimensional gift tags designed to impress!
Judith will guide you through the basics of cursive that can be done with any pencil or pen: ideal for beginners who always wanted to learn how to write without all the hassle of buying new materials! After the introduction to cursive, she will guide you to use paints and stamps to create background patterns that you will use to collage into the final gift tags. Additional 3-dimensional paper elements will be provided to allow you to explore creative play and have fun customising your works.

About The Artist
Judith Perera-Lee currently runs her own graphic studio, The Pensive Desk, and is a calligraphy artist who delights in combining different forms of calligraphy with illustration and paper collage. With 12 years of graphic design experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, she spent the past 8 years learning calligraphy from world renowned calligraphers. She currently teaches calligraphy in LASALLE, College of the Arts. Her works have been exhibited in Mulan Gallery and Selegie Arts Centre.

To commence the workshop, a minimum of 8 participants must be registered. In the event of workshop cancellation due to insufficient participation, paid participants will be notified at least 1 day in advance, and a full refund will be issued. - Cleanliness Responsibility
